1. Product Condition
• Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
• Since our products are thrifted/pre-loved, minor signs of wear, slight color variations, or fabric differences are normal and not considered faults.
• However, we strive to provide items in 10/10 condition. If there is any minor defect, we will inform you beforehand.
2. Orders & Availability
• All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Items in your cart are not reserved until your order is confirmed.
• In case of order cancellation due to unavailability or system error, you will be notified promptly.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
• A delivery charge of PKR 250 is applicable and is non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
4. Customer Responsibility
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses or contact information.
• Once the product is delivered, responsibility for its care lies with the customer.
