Return & Exchange Policy

At Threads & Treads (T&T), every item is carefully inspected before shipping. Since our products are thrifted/pre-loved, we offer a limited exchange policy under specific conditions. Please read the details below:

1. Exchange Timeframe
• Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of your order.
• Unfortunately, we cannot process any exchange requests beyond this period.

2. Valid Exchange Reasons

You may request an exchange if:
• The size received is different from the size you ordered
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product was received in a damaged/faulty condition

(Note: Slight variations in color/texture due to lighting, or minor pre-loved wear, are not considered faults.)

3. Invalid Exchange Reasons

Exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Waiting for a new collection to arrive
• Not finding anything suitable yet
• Change of mind (“now I want something new”)

⚠ All exchanges must be initiated within the 7-day window, regardless of product availability.

4. Delivery Charges
• A Rs. 250 delivery charge applies to all exchange requests.

5.Process for Exchange
• To request an exchange, please contact us via Email / WhatsApp / Instagram DM within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Once your request is approved, a Rs. 250 delivery charge is mandatory for processing the exchange. Without this payment, the exchange will not be accepted.
• Please share details of the old article (along with the reason for exchange) and specify the new article you would like to receive in exchange.
• On the day of delivery, the rider will deliver your new parcel and collect the old one at the same time.




7. Sale Items
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
